Welcome to the Developer Portal of the APIGW system. This platform assists developers in managing API Products, subscribing to Rate Plans, processing payments, and monitoring API activity reports. By using this Developer Portal, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

2. Definitions

  • Developer Portal: An online platform that provides information on API Products and Rate Plans, allowing users to access API documentation, perform transactions via the integrated payment gateway, and monitor API activity reports.
  • APIGW: The API Gateway system built on Google Cloud Apigee, providing API management and operational services.
  • User: Developers who use the Developer Portal to register, manage APIs, conduct transactions, and access reports.
  • Prepaid Balance: A prepaid account balance, topped up in VND or USD, used to pay for API services according to the selected Rate Plan.
  • Rate Plan: Pricing plans for APIs that users can subscribe to, offering preferential rates or specific usage limits.
  • Transaction: Any financial activity related to topping up funds, purchasing a Rate Plan, or paying for API usage.

3. Account Registration and Service Usage

3.1. Account Registration

  • Users must register an account using a valid email and provide complete personal/business information as required.
  • Each account is intended for individual use and must not be shared with third parties.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must promptly report any unauthorized access.

3.2. Account Management

  • Users can update personal information, configure security settings, and review activity history via the Developer Portal.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activities, misuse, or violations of these terms are detected.

4. Transactions and Payments

4.1. Topping Up Prepaid Balance

  • Users can top up their Prepaid Balance through the integrated electronic payment gateway in the Developer Portal.
  • We support top-ups in both VND and USD.
  • All top-up transactions are processed based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2. API Service Payment

  • Users can purchase Rate Plans to access APIs at a fixed price or based on usage volume.
  • API usage fees will be automatically deducted from the Prepaid Balance according to the registered Rate Plan.
  • If the Prepaid Balance is insufficient, API services will be temporarily suspended until additional funds are added.

4.3. Transaction History

  • Users can view their transaction history, including top-ups, Rate Plan purchases, and API usage charges, within the Developer Portal.
  • Transaction records are maintained for reference and verification purposes.

5. Refund Policy

  • Funds added to the Prepaid Balance are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of system errors or special circumstances approved by us.
  • If a transaction error occurs due to system issues, users may submit a refund request to the support team.

6. User Rights and Responsibilities

6.1. User Rights

  • Access the Developer Portal to manage APIs, view reports, and conduct transactions.
  • Benefit from promotional policies based on subscribed Rate Plans or special offers.
  • Receive technical and financial support in case of service-related issues.

6.2. User Responsibilities

  • Do not use APIs for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Do not engage in unauthorized access, exploit security vulnerabilities, or disrupt Developer Portal operations.
  • Users are fully responsible for financial transactions and API usage activities associated with their accounts.

7. Reporting and Monitoring

  • The Developer Portal provides detailed reports on transaction history, API usage, incurred costs, and API revenue.
  • We reserve the right to monitor and review user activities to ensure compliance and prevent fraudulent behavior.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Users are responsible for regularly reviewing updates to these terms.
  • Continued use of the Developer Portal after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
